Welcome to the Contra Costa Family Medicine Residency Global Health web page. The mission of the Contra Costa Family Medicine Residency Program is to “train residents to practice comprehensive Family Medicine -- Preparing graduates for practices in underserved, rural, inner city or international communities” Residents, faculty, and applicants at our program consistently express interest in practicing clinical medicine in international settings and many residents and applicants share a passion for providing access to basic health care to underserved patients in communities here in the United States and across the globe.
